Thick full long hair extensions?

my hair is quite flat and not so thick, i really want hair with volume thick and long, i have had glue in hair extensions which i have done myself but they dont last long and kinda ruines my hair because its left with all the hair glue that i have to remove every week.

How much does it cost to have them put in at the hair dressers and how do they do it and also how long do they last thanksThick full long hair extensions?
