Quickest, least damaging way to get curls for long hair [extensions]?

I have been wearing extensions for a couple years now (recently fusion, but previously sew-in tracks) %26amp; I have always curled my hair with curling irons (1 1/2 in and 1 in) everyday to create large curls similar to

depending on my mood or time spent or the weather, my hair comes out to an effect similar to the curl, length %26amp; volume of atleast 1 of the examples above. i just air dry, then spray heat protectant, spend about 30-60mins curling my hair with 2 diff size irons.


i love love love styling my hair %26amp; i am satisfied with the results.


but i am getting too busy to use my curling irons and i already dye my extensions. i want minimal damage %26amp; time, what is the best approach for me to maintain my look? my extensions are human hair, 22';, remy yaki
