I don't think so. It's hard to put extensions on someone who is bald. Just kidding. Seriously, one has nothing to with the other. Some women like bald guys, that does not mean they want to be bald themselves, and vice versa. I don't really think too many women would choose to be bald, and I am not so sure that many women like guys to be bald. I think there is a difference, too, between guys who are naturally bald, and those who shave their heads.

Why not? Baldness means that besides the baldie genes, there is enough testosterone to make the guy bald. Other wise, he would be as hairy as his moma...

that depends. if the bald guy might feel intimidated by the woman having such long hair, or if the woman could live without the hair extensions, or hair at all, or if they didn't reallly care
No, bald women don't go with anybody (unless she's african american or REALLY beautiful) usually a bald woman doesn't work, they are also hard to find. There would seem to be an large age gap between a bald man and a women with hair extensions but it could still work.
